Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is building a modern sterile compounding operation and seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to lead the program from ground up. This role requires a builder mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and deep expertise in quality systems, compliance, and aseptic processing.

You will shape people, processes, facilities, equipment, and training, while guiding regulatory readiness and scalable production.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required; active license in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sterile compounding, pharmacy operations, quality/compliance, and team leadership experience.
• Experience building or expanding sterile compounding programs and knowledge of USP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead program buildout from design to operational readiness and scaling.
• Mentor and lead pharmacists, technicians, and quality staff; embed quality and safety.
• Own USP compliance and regulatory requirements; translate into workflows.
• Develop and manage quality systems (CAPA, deviations, change control, investigations).
• Collaborate with facilities/engineering on cleanroom design and qualification.
• Design production workflows and KPIs for scale and quality.
