Job summary

Spectrum Plastics Group in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to act as the liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Quality, Operations and Engineering to support medical sterile packaging products and converting operations.

The role coordinates technical activities through the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, spec changes, validation support, complaint investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining ISO 13485, ISO

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (IQMS) in manufacturing preferred.
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers.
Translate customer drawings, specs and quality requirements into manufacturing specs.
Support audits, technical reviews and business meetings.
Coordinate resolution of customer concerns and technical issues.
Coordinate validation activities and engineering work orders.
Track data related to response time, specs updates, product quality, and production performance.
