Job summary

PPC INDUSTRIES INC seeks a Technical Service Coordinator in Pleasant Prairie, WI to coordinate activities across CSR, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Engineering for medical sterile packaging and converting operations.

You will translate customer requirements into manufacturing specs while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 11607, FDA QSR, and GMP practices, driving continuous improvements throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP systems such as IQMS, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a converting or flexible packaging manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, IQMS, and related apps.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and coordinate technical activities with CSR, Sales, Quality, Operations, and Engineering.
• Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements and respond to technical inquiries.
• Support audits, technical reviews, and customer meetings; track and trend response times and quality data.
• Coordinate creation, revision, and obsolescence of product documentation within IQMS throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure orders and jobs are entered accurately and on time; provide backup support for scheduling and purchasing.
