Job summary

American Regent Inc. is seeking an Equipment and Process Technician II to assist with inspection and packaging of sterile pharmaceuticals. You will work with the Supervisor to meet schedules, set up automated equipment, and ensure accurate records and documentation.

You will troubleshoot equipment, train new staff, and contribute to safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced production environment. Prior experience and strong attention to quality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical training or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inspection, packaging, quality control or production preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic operations on automated inspection machines.
• Ability to read SOPs and maintenance schedules in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Physically perform inspection and packaging activities as defined by SOPs and supervision.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and training records.
• Set up and program automated Inspection and Packaging equipment with minimal assistance.
• Mentor other Technicians in all facets of the inspection process.
• Assist Supervisor in planning inspection and packaging activities daily, weekly, and long-term.
