Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking a Component Prep Sanitization and Sterilization Technician II to join the Manufacturing Team. The role supports sterile pharmaceutical production, performs prep, sanitization, autoclave tasks, and ensures documentation is accurate and compliant with cGMPs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and either 1 year as Technician I or 2 years related experience. Training, mentorship, and a team-driven environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year as a Component Prep Sanitization and Sterilization Technician I, or two years similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitary cleaning and prep activities in accordance with SOPs and cGMP.
• Handle component prep, sanitization and sterilization processes per production records.
• Complete production documentation (logbooks, batch records) per quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, and health and safety requirements.
• Assist with training and mentoring Level I staff and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
