Job summary

Unither Manufacturing LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a Packaging Equipment Operator I for the sterile D shift, supporting setup, operation and cleaning of packaging equipment under close supervision. The role emphasizes learning routine packaging processes in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.

Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, the position requires a High School diploma, 1 year GMP/packaging experience where applicable, and basic math with English language proficiency to follow procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; 1 year GMP/packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to learn equipment operation, documentation, and procedures in a regulated setting.
• English proficiency for following GMP docs and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare room and process for production run.
• Review production schedule and SOPs with supervision.
• Assist in staging supplies and materials for packaging runs.
• Deliver and distribute supplies to the production area.
• Operate basic packaging equipment under supervision.
• Record process parameters and complete logs with accuracy.
