Job summary

Unither Pharmaceuticals in Rochester, NY is seeking a Packaging Associate I to assist in packaging pharmaceutical components and products. You will learn and perform routine packaging processes in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety standards under close supervision.

Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, the role involves equipment setup, operation, basic maintenance tasks, and accurate documentation. The schedule includes Friday–Sunday and alternating Thursdays, 6pm–6:30am, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement conversions.
• Must be able to understand, follow, and communicate verbal and written instructions in English to ensure compliance with GMP documentation and SOPs.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packaging of pharmaceutical components and products.
• Set up, operate, and clean packaging equipment under supervision.
• Record process parameters and data accurately.
• Complete forms and logs with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting.
