Job summary

Unither Pharma in Rochester, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator on C Shift to set up, operate, and maintain sterile production equipment in a GMP environment. You will document processes, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement efforts while complying with safety and environmental guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years in pharmaceutical production, plus clean room experience. Lifting up to 50 pounds and working nights are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical production experience.
• AAS or BS desirable.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment and follow GMP procedures.
• Capable of reading SOPs and performing basic math related to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for production by reviewing schedule and SOPs.
• Operate production equipment and monitor critical parameters.
• Document production activities and maintain proper records.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for next run; report issues promptly.
