Job summary

Unither Manufacturing LLC. in Rochester, NY is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator (Sterile BFS) on the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift with potential 12-hour ABCD rotation.

You will set up, clean, operate, and maintain sterile equipment while ensuring cGMP compliance and detailed documentation. The role requires a HS Diploma/GED with 2 years of pharma production experience, aseptic/clean room familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical production experience.
• AAS or BS desirable.
• Experience in high‑speed manufacturing environment is required.
• Aseptic and clean room experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for production by reviewing the schedule, SOPs, and changes.
• Operate production equipment and monitor key process parameters.
• Document production and maintain records for batches and equipment.
• Maintain clean room standards and report issues to supervision.
