Job summary

Alcami in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing technicians, maintain product quality, and ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs in sterile injectable production for clinical trials and commercial distribution.

The role requires on-site work, night shift 12-hour rotation (7:00pm - 7:00am), strong leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more of hands-on working experience in a regulated (cGMP) environment.
• Previous experience with cGMP Drug Product manufacturing required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and cGMPs to execute manufacturing protocols.
• Oversee and perform manufacturing activities including cleaning, equipment prep, dispensing, filling, and inspection.
• Directly supervise and develop a team of 4-12 technicians on a rotating shift.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and manage shift performance.
• Support investigations and CAPAs and assist in hiring and onboarding.
