Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team of 4-12 technicians in a fast-paced, GMP-driven environment. You will ensure product quality, adhere to SOPs and cGMPs, and provide clear updates to site management. The role requires supervising night shift operations and maintaining training compliance.

The position is 100% on-site with a 12-hour night shift (7:00pm–7:00am) and involves collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and commercial batches.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more of hands-on working experience in a regulated (cGMP) environment.
• Previous experience with cGMP Drug Product manufacturing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and cGMPs to execute manufacturing protocols and procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of training and compliance.
• Oversee manufacturing activities including sanitization, equipment prep, filling, and inspection.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Supervise a manufacturing team of 4-12, driving performance, training and development.
• Assist in hiring and manage timekeeping to ensure operations continuity.
