Job summary

Alcami is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II - Sterile Injection for a 12-hour day shift (2-2-3, 7:00am–7:00pm) at our Morrisville, NC site. The role focuses on aseptic compounding, filling, and inspection of sterile products, ensuring GMP/cGMP compliance and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and operate complex manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborates with a team.
• Proficiency in following SOPs, batch records, and GDP/cGMP basics.
• Ability to perform basic math, read instructions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains manufacturing equipment for sterile liquid production.
• Learns compounding, filling (isolators), and inspection processes per SOPs.
• Performs in-process sampling and quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Maintains production records with minimal errors and supports continuous improvement.
