Alcami Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead GMP operations for sterile injectable products from discovery to distribution. You will oversee a 4–12 person manufacturing team, ensure SOP and batch record adherence, and drive performance in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Role requires at least 2 years in a regulated cgmp setting, with preference for a Bachelor’s degree. 5% travel and 12‑hour day shifts may apply.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on CGMP experience.
• Experience with CGMP Drug Product manufacturing required.

Mansioni

• Follow SOPs and CGMPs to execute manufacturing protocols.
• Ensure training compliance and timely completion of requirements.
• Supervise manufacturing activities including cleaning, equipment prep, dispensing, and filling.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
• Direct supervise 4–12 direct reports and drive shift performance.
• Maintain timekeeping and manage time-off requests to keep operations running.
• Collaborate on quality issues and implement process improvements.
• Support batch releases, investigations, and CAPA activities.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding for manufacturing staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
