Job summary

Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sterile Lab Support Pharmacy Technician to support day-to-day sterile lab operations and gain hands-on experience in a compounding pharmacy. The role emphasizes accuracy, patient care, and safety.

This full-time, on-site position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with compensation of $21 per hour. Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and an AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or are willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• AZ Pharmacy Technician Trainee license or willingness to obtain before start
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear PPE

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and wrap lab beakers and equipment
• Operate ovens and autoclaves
• Label vials, restock labs, and maintain inventory
• Check inventory for outdated or expiring chemicals
• Perform other lab support duties as assigned
