Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards for set assembly, decontamination, inspection, containerizing and sterilizing surgical instruments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Performs sterilization, assembly and storage of medical supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with Perioperative Nursing staff to provide sterile instrument sets and equipment in a timely manner.
• Assists in maintaining consistent workflow and providing superior customer service.

Education

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Graduate of a Central Services Processing or Surgical Tech program Required

In Lieu of certification prior experience as a Central Service or Surgical Tech Required
