Job summary

MSD Rahway, NJ is seeking a Technician, Operations to support R&D and GMP clinical supply in a Grade C cleanroom environment. You will perform aseptic formulation, sterilization, inventory, and visual inspection for sterile dosage forms, while maintaining GMP documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and are able to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GMP pharmaceutical experience.
• Ability to read and follow GMP documentation and batch records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and HMI.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a Grade C cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile equipment following drawings for clinical development and manufacturing.
• Operate sterilization equipment and manage cleanroom materials.
• Prepare sterile formulations in line with established protocols and batch records.
• Perform visual inspections and maintain meticulous process documentation.
• Collaborate with formulators, engineers, Quality and Facilities to support manufacturing goals.
• Assist in training new staff on sterile supply procedures and GMP standards.
