Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Senior Technician, Operations in Rahway, NJ to support GMP clinical supply and sterile drug product development within the FLEx Center. This role focuses on hands-on processing, equipment assembly, sterile processing, and batch record documentation in a Grade C environment.

You will work with Formulation, Laboratory, and Experimentation teams, ensure GMP compliance, participate in continuous improvement, and cross-train across sterile manufacturing.

Qualifications

• GMP pharmaceutical experience required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems such as PAS-X, SAP, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile equipment from drawings for clinical development and manufacturing.
• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (parts washers, dry heat ovens, autoclaves).
• Receive, inspect, and store sterile supplies ensuring inventory accuracy.
