Job summary

ROIS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Operator (Packaging Operator I) to support production of sterile injectable products in a regulated environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, maintain GMP/SOP compliance, and help ensure safety and quality.

The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. This role requires lifting, gowning in controlled areas, accurate documentation, and teamwork with cross-functional groups to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing or GMP environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures.
• Prepare equipment, materials, and resources to meet schedules.
• Operate and support sterile injectable manufacturing equipment.
• Handle hazardous materials per regulations and policies.
• Document production activities accurately in real time per GMP.
• Identify and address discrepancies in procedures or documentation.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments.
