Position Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Compensation Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential

• Champion Healthcare Excellence: Engage in our dynamic production fulfillment zones, directly contributing to our mission by meeting and exceeding specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
• Master Technical Precision: Maintain high operational standards with an unparalleled level of technical attention to detail, ensuring every prescription is processed with accuracy and care.
• Scale Your Impact: Grow with us through distinct performance benchmarks:
• New hires during first 90 days: Fill a minimum of 45 prescriptions per hour, laying the foundation for your career in pharmaceutical care.
• After 90 days: 55+ prescriptions per hour is the minimum expectation, honing your skills and contributing to our collective success.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Active Arizona Technician Trainee license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Arizona State Pharmacy Technician license and PTCB certification
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting with a proven track record of accuracy in data entry and fulfillment roles.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and comfort working with pharmacy software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Customer service background with a dedication to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Work Environment This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
