Job summary

Fagron US is seeking a dedicated professional to perform and support sterile compounding activities within classified cleanroom areas. You will follow established procedures, cGMPs, SOPs, and aseptic practices while working in an ISO 7 environment for extended periods.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Responsibilities include staging batches, equipment setup and cleaning, completing batch records, and maintaining strict aseptic

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with cGMP and GDP in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Gowning or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain gowning and media fill qualifications.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow established procedures with limited supervision.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift product materials as required during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sterile compounding activities in ISO 7 cleanrooms.
• Independently perform compounding activities per approved procedures and production requirements.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) by minimizing errors and deviations.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, GDP requirements, and production schedule.
• Assist with inventory control by documenting components used during production.
• Complete gowning and media fill qualifications and maintain aseptic technique.
• Prioritize multiple production activities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Communicate process, equipment, or documentation concerns to supervisors or team members.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet production requirements.
