Fagron US is seeking a skilled sterile compounding technician to support compounding activities in ISO 7 cleanrooms. You will perform and support aseptic operations, ensure strict cGMP/GDP adherence, document carefully, and troubleshoot equipment issues.

This role requires independent work, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Formación

• Experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements.
• Previous cleanroom gowning experience.
• Aseptic processing or sterile compounding experience.
• Ability to maintain gowning and media fill qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with procedures and production schedules.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Ability to twist, bend, reach, and lift as required.
• VLFH experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently perform daily compounding activities, batch staging, equipment prep, cleaning, and batch records.
• Assist with production batches per approved procedures and schedules.
• Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to gowning and cleanroom requirements.
• Meet Right First Time by minimizing errors and completing corrections.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, GDP, and manufacturing procedures.
• Document and reconcile components, materials, and quantities.
• Maintain gowning and media fill qualifications; comply with cleanroom practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment/process issues.
• Demonstrate thorough production records and documentation.
• Contribute to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
