Job summary

Fagron is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding, filling, and packaging in a controlled cleanroom. The role emphasizes product quality, accuracy, sterility, and patient safety while adhering to SOPs, cGMPs, and GDPs.

The candidate will maintain a sterile ISO 8 environment, perform gowning and sanitization, and support batch preparation, recordkeeping, and material verification. Prior sterile experience is preferred, with a high attention to detail and strong time

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of sterile techniques and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs, GDP, and cGMP requirements.
• Willingness to complete gowning, aseptic technique, and media-fill qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding, aseptic filling, product assembly, and final packaging.
• Maintain ISO 8 cleanroom with proper gowning, cleaning, and sanitization.
• Set up, clean, and maintain equipment; ensure checks and validations.
• Prepare batches, vials, solutions, and supplies for production.
• Verify materials meet requirements and maintain inventory records.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and environmental measurements accurately.
• Support Right First Time performance by minimizing errors and corrections.
• Participate in tech-checks, gowning qualifications, and aseptic assessments.
• Coordinate with production areas to ensure material availability.
