Fagron US in Canton, MA, is seeking a sterile compounding technician to perform and support aseptic manufacturing in an ISO 7 cleanroom, following cGMPs, GDPs, and SOPs. The role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

You will contribute to batch records, maintain gowning qualifications, ensure aseptic technique, and collaborate with a team to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of cGMP and GDP requirements preferred.
• Gowning or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete gowning and media fill qualifications.
• Strong attention to detail with multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Quality-minded with accuracy and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily compounding activities, including staging batches, equipment cleaning and set-up, and completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Independently perform assigned compounding activities per approved procedures and production requirements.
• Meet Right First Time (RFT) by minimizing errors and deviations and completing corrections accurately and promptly.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, cGMPs, GDP requirements, and manufacturing schedule.
• Assist with inventory control by documenting components and materials used.
• Complete and maintain gowning and media fill qualifications.
• Maintain proper aseptic technique and follow cleanroom procedures.
• Prioritize and manage multiple production activities while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Identify and communicate process, equipment, or documentation concerns to supervisors or experienced teammates.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production requirements.
• Demonstrate initiative by seeking help when needed and supporting teammates.
