Job summary

Southend Pharmacy in Houston is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a full-time role. This position emphasizes precision, compliance, and patient safety within a modern compounding pharmacy.

Requirements include an active CPhT license with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and at least 1 year of sterile compounding experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with a competitive hourly rate and bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
• Minimum 1+ years of recent experience in sterile compounding environments.
• Ability to work required PRN schedule and maintain flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Support compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
