Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role in Houston, TX combines sterile compounding Pharmacy Technician responsibilities with Pharmacist duties on a Thursday–Sunday 10‑hour shift schedule. The team member will prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with USP standards and internal SOPs, including aseptic technique, cleanroom procedures, and detailed documentation. Day‑to‑day tasks include verifying and processing prescriptions, supporting order entry, labeling, and packaging, and conducting final checks within the scope of licensure. The role also involves managing inventory for sterile compounding supplies and medications, monitoring beyond‑use dates, and coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate stock levels. In addition, the team member will collaborate with providers and internal staff, address patient and client inquiries in a professional manner, and contribute to quality assurance, continuous improvement, and regulatory readiness activities.
