Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sterile compounding
• Pharmacist's license
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and coordinate workflow under Assistant Director
• Direct day-to-day aseptic preparation in cleanrooms
• Ensure SOP adherence and regulatory compliance
• Oversee Quality Management related to compounding and hood certifications
• Monitor cleaning, environmental conditions and staff assignments
