Job summary

Nura P.A. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support safe, efficient medication services. You will work with pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure accurate preparation, smooth operations, and adherence to quality and safety standards in a collaborative patient-care setting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess Minnesota licensure, and have experience with sterile compounding and MS Office. Prior hospital experience is a plus, and ACPE training will be supported by the organization.

Qualifications

Current MN Pharmacy Technician license.
PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
40 hours sterile products training (ACPE) paid by organization.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to follow complex instructions.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
Ability to follow protocol and procedure.
MS Office (Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint) proficiency.
IV training a plus.
Prior hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow established policies, procedures and safety standards.
Assist QA activities including temperature monitoring and QA testing of compounding batches.
Prepare medications using sterile aseptic technique.
File prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
Process prescription billing.
Organize and clean the supply room.
Order, label, and count medications stock.
Receive and store supplies, verify quantities against invoices.
Enter data from forms into databases and documents.
Develop efficiencies in day-to-day operations.
Perform other duties to support Nura’s mission.
