Join Nura’s team as a Pharmacy Technician and play an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality medication services for our patients. In this position, you’ll work closely with our pharmacy and clinical teams to ensure medications are prepared accurately, pharmacy operations run smoothly, and quality and safety standards are consistently maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, sterile compounding, and contributing to a collaborative patient-care environment.
The duties of this position are performed in a Sterile/Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy and involve frequent interruptions working closely with others. The noise level is generally low to moderate. The temperature level is generally average indoor room temperature or slightly cooler to allow for employee comfort while gowned. As an in-house pharmacy, pharmacists will work closely with clinic providers and need to communicate professionally on a regular basis. Occasionally an urgent request to supply a prescription at short notice will occur and reasonable accommodations must be made to fulfill the needs in the best interest of the patient. The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations, however, may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform said essential functions.
