Job summary

GoGoMeds-Select in Fairfield, OH is hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Sterile Compounding to join the team. You will draw up pre-filled syringes, prepare CSPs, and maintain strict aseptic practices under pharmacist supervision.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate measurements, proper documentation, equipment operation, and adherence to USP standards. The role supports regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; sterile compounding training or certification preferred.
• Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration as a Registered Technician or Certified Technician.
• Experience in sterile compounding, hospital or specialty pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw up pre-filled syringes with accuracy and remove air.
• Prepare CSPs under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain aseptic environment and proper PPE in cleanroom.
• Operate and maintain compounding equipment; perform routine calibration.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply chain to ensure stock.
• Document all compounding activities and regulatory records.
• Ensure compliance with USP and state pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
