GoGoMeds Select is building a high-performing compounding pharmacy team to serve a rapidly growing demand. This role leads a 2nd shift of sterile and non-sterile production, guiding technicians to deliver patient-specific compounded medications with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmacy compounding or regulated production.
• Ability to lead and coach production teams.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to safety and quality.
• Able to work 2nd shift on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 2nd shift sterile and non-sterile compounding operations.
• Coordinate production activities to fulfill daily patient orders.
• Assign work and balance staffing across production areas.
• Provide hands-on leadership to compounding technicians.
• Monitor production and address bottlenecks and quality concerns.
• Ensure timely completion of batches and patient-specific preparations.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, quality, fulfillment, inventory, and other teams.
• Communicate production status and issues during handoffs.
