Hephaestus Compounding Pharmacy in Doral, FL is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding in full compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards. The role emphasizes patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced facility.

You will lead a team, manage workflow, review documentation, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver customized therapies. Florida licensure and on-site presence 5 days a week are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensed in Florida.
• Experience launching and managing new pharmacy facilities.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 795/797/800 compliance.
