Qualifications

Pharm.D. required
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License (TSBP)
Minimum 1 year in sterile pharmacy practice
Expert knowledge of USP <797> sterile compounding
Current Sterile Compounding Certification
Strong attention to detail and communication for team collaboration
IV Certification strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Compound prescriptions with USP <797> compliance
Verify prescriptions and distribution accuracy
Collaborate with technicians on sterile compounding workflow
Oversee inventory related to sterile products
Engage in research to improve compounding techniques or formulations
