Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy is required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the MS State Board of Pharmacy; ability to seek TX licensure within 6 months.
• Knowledge of laminar flow theory and drug stability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Compounds patient-specific sterile preparations using aseptic technique.
• Review, process, and verify physician orders and patient medication profiles.
• Maintain USP knowledge to ensure quality, sterility, and stability of sterile products.
• Supervise pharmacy support staff in compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and prescriptions per policies.
