Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, Clinical Information Systems, PharmAcademic) needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive sterile compounding training program.
• Ensure sterile compounding spaces meet regulatory requirements (USP 797/800, JC, etc.).
• Use metrics and observations to monitor staffing, adherence to policies, and engagement.
• Triages workload and escalates issues to Pharmacy Leadership as needed.
• Oversee management of pharmacy automation and technology related to the clean room.
