Job summary

Empower Pharmacy, a leading 503A/503B facility in Houston, seeks a Sterile Compounding Lead to drive compliant, scalable sterile operations using AI-enabled tools. You will own shift workflow, aseptic discipline, and documentation accuracy while partnering with Quality, Training, and Production to support growth and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year sterile compounding experience, Texas Pharmacy Technician registration, and ACPE Sterile/IV certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical compounding experience, including sterile procedures.
• Registration with Texas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee is required.
• Sterile/IV certification accredited by ACPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile compounding activities with adherence to cGMP and USP standards.
• Coordinate shift priorities, staffing, and production handoffs to meet CSP schedules.
• Ensure materials, equipment, documentation, and cleanroom readiness before compounding.
• Coach technicians on aseptic discipline and documentation accuracy.
