The role leads shift activities, allocates operators, and ensures strict cGMP, ISO compliance, and documentation. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations in a fast‑growing, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of compounding experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
• Experience in a lead or mentoring role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sterile manufacturing activities across preparation, mixing, aseptic vial filling, cleaning, and disinfection, translating production schedules into clear priorities and coordinated execution.
• Allocate operators across work centers based on qualification, workload, and schedule demand while supporting breaks and rapid response to changing priorities.
• Maintain room readiness, gowning discipline, material flow, and adherence to SOPs; identify deviations and escalate as needed.
• Reinforce cGMP, ISO‑classified, and aseptic processing requirements during compounding and filling activities; ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to sustain readiness and continuous improvement.
