Job summary

Empower Pharmacy in Houston seeks a Sterile Manufacturing Operator to execute aseptic production and maintain strict batch documentation within a regulated 503A/503B environment.

You will perform gowning, operate sterile equipment, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement using AI-enabled systems to enhance accuracy, throughput, and compliance with FDA and USP requirements in a fast-growing facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs with accuracy.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding and/or filling per SOPs and maintain batch records.
• Gowning, cleaning, and sanitization of equipment and rooms to support sterile processing.
• Operate, clean, and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment and ensure readiness and calibration.
