Empower Pharmacy seeks a Sterile Compounding Lead to ensure compliant, scalable CSP operations within a regulated 503A/503B environment. You will oversee aseptic technique, scheduling, training, and documentation while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year pharmaceutical compounding experience, including sterile techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, operations, or related field preferred.
• Registration with the Texas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee required.
• Sterile/IV certification accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education required.

Responsibilities

• Lead sterile compounding activities with disciplined adherence to cGMP, SOPs, USP, and aseptic technique.
• Coordinate shift priorities, room readiness, staffing, and production handoffs to ensure CSPs on schedule.
• Verify materials, equipment, and cleanroom readiness before compounding begins.
• Reinforce frontline quality through observation, coaching, and immediate correction of nonconforming behaviors.
• Maintain inspection-ready execution by ensuring adherence to standards; use AI-supported trends.
• Ensure records are accurate, timely, and traceable; support release readiness.
• Train and mentor technicians; personalize coaching with AI data.
