Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Cincinnati, OH. You will use a holistic nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Must hold Ohio RN licensure with BLS; ACLS required within 6 months for critical care areas. BSN within five years of hire is preferred, with MSN/DNP acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months for step-down/ICU areas.
• BSN within 5 years of hire; MSN/DNP acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and education needs holistically.
• Plan, coordinate and revise the multidisciplinary plan of care with patient and family.
• Implement evidence-based nursing actions and educate patient and family.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care based on patient response.
• Document the plan of care and patient progress accurately in EMR; ensure safety.
