Job summary

Logan Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the stepdown unit. Under the nurse manager, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group, coordinating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, manage discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain quality of care. 1 year of nursing experience is preferred; BLS/ACLS are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited RN program is required.
• BSN degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group in the stepdown unit.
