Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for PCU/Stepdown in the Philadelphia area. The role requires RN licensure, ADN or higher, and at least one year in a high-acuity setting. Expect to work day, night, or mid shifts with full- or part-time options.

You'll monitor vitals and IV drips, administer complex treatments, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. EMR proficiency and BLS/ACLS are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• At least 1 year in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, case managers for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and device use.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies and regulations.
