Job summary

Main Line Health Paoli Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit. The RN will care for stepdown/Telemetry patients on a 16-bed unit and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.

The role supports professional development through tuition reimbursement and participation in nursing committees, with a night shift requiring weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of Telemetry or stepdown nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Progressive Care/Telemetry patients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Support unit initiatives and participate in Nursing Committees.

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Shift:

36 hrs per week, Nights (7pm-7:30am); Weekend rotation required.

Experience:

One year(s) of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.

Education:

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
