Advocate Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care unit. You will provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, adhering to standards and policies and ensuring safety and quality in daily rounds.

This 24-bed stepdown unit covers pulmonary, neurological, renal and infectious disease cases. Shifts are 7am–7pm with every 3rd weekend, and full-time benefits apply.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• Greater than one year of RN experience.

Mansioni

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication.
