Job summary

Christiana Care Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to work 24 hours per week on the rotating shift basis in the 5A Stepdown Unit at Christiana Hospital. You will manage a 4-5 patient assignment, collaborating with PCTs, Pharmacy, PT, RT and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

BSN is required; ADN candidates with a 3-year BSN completion commitment are considered. A minimum of one year of acute or sub-acute experience and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• ADN candidates considered with a 3-year BSN completion commitment.
• Minimum one year of experience required (acute or sub-acute preferred).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Care for a 4-5 patient assignment on the 5A Stepdown Unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PCT, Pharmacy, PT, and RT.
• Engage in a relationship-based model of nursing and participate in orientation and ongoing professional development.
