Qualifications

• RN with a nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Graduate RN with current licensure and BLS within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years in an acute care setting with leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate shifts, and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate patient care in the Stepdown Unit in collaboration with the Nursing Manager.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance for area of responsibility.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and accountability across the nursing team.
• Implement care delivery models and quality initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery and patient outcomes.
