Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager in Southaven, MS to lead the unit in planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating patient care with 24-hour accountability. You will support fiscal, HR, risk management and operations in alignment with hospital goals.

You will drive care delivery improvements, ensure compliance with nursing standards, foster teamwork, optimize staffing, and oversee multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient

Qualificações

• Must demonstrate leadership in acute care settings.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate staffing.
• Proficient in nursing process and patient care.
