Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse for the 3C Stepdown unit in Warren. The 24-hour per week Midnight Shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends and holidays. The role requires BSN preferred, Michigan RN licensure, and BCLS certification.

You will lead care delivery, perform nursing assessments, and coordinate with the care team to support patient outcomes. Join a 16-bed Step-Down Unit that handles high-acuity cardiac, respiratory, neuro, and vascular cases.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
• Uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
• Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
