Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit in Southfield. This full-time role requires leadership in coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care on a 29-bed unit with advanced stepdown needs.

Ideal candidates have a BSN or equivalent, Michigan RN licensure, and strong clinical and communication skills to support families and the health care team. Sign-on bonus offered and rotating nights.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and licensed as a registered nurse.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for care plans.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; delegate as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Collaborate to solve variances and drive care improvements.
