Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an RN - Stepdown Neuro for a 13-week onsite contract in Cleveland, OH. Day shift is 7:00am–7:30pm with 12-hour shifts (3 days per week). Requires a valid OH or Compact RN license, BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, and at least 12 months of PERM experience in the specialty.

Travel arrangements and orientation will be provided. Stipends include $1,673 weekly and base pay of $720–$792 weekly, with a start date around Oct 5 and orientation.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months PERM experience in the specialty applying for.
• PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required.
• Must have PERM OHIO license or Compact state license in hand.
• AHA or client BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate administered during orientation with passing score.

Responsibilities

• Provide day shift care on Stepdown Neuro unit.
• Coordinate patient care with the team for 12-hour shifts.
• Adhere to orientation and certification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with license and credentialing standards.
