Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night‑shift, 12‑hour/day, 3‑days/week contract in Mayfield Heights, OH. This is an onsite 18‑week assignment focused on telemetry with a 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM schedule.

Applicants must hold an Ohio license or compact state license, have 18+ months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience, and current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications. Competitive weekly pay and standard benefits are provided.
